Inspiration for Artists

10 Eastern is a most interesting site for lookers or those who wish to participate. There is an online drawing tool that allows you to draw a little something and post it for others to comment on. Then take a look through the gallery of others who have left drawings on the site.

There is also a link to Found Photo’s that you can also lose yourself in for a large chunk of time. Inspiration abounds in the Found Photo section. No words, just the pictures, and every picture tells a great story. Some websites have such a great concept, and implements that concept so well, that it doesn’t need miles of text to explain and entertain.

Did I mention inspiring?

Rob Breszny

Rob Breszny is the man. I have been reading him for years and seriously, he not only writes the best horoscope column on the planet, he makes you figure out the prediction all by yourself.
From his newsletter:

What is the thing you’re so ignorant about that you barely know you’re ignorant about it? Testify by going to http://www.freewillastrology.com and clicking on “Email Rob.”

Interesting question don’t you think? For myself, I have to think on it awhile to even begin to know the answer. I like the question though.

dog tales

The Dog Whisperer is coming to the Detroit area in the fall for a seminar. It should be interesting. Personally, I can’t unglue my eyes from the tube when his show is on (National Geographic Channel). His wife is named Ilusion - how cool is that?

Cesar Milan has a blog.

UPDATE 3/25/06: Husband will not watch the show. My friend & I were talking earlier tonight and came to the conclusion that he knows Cesar has a better way to handle dogs than he does.Picture my husband (arms and legs flailing) down the street as our dogs walk drag him along behind them. Oh yea, he’s hollering at them to stop or something. I want to laugh and smack him at the same time.

I’m buying cesar’s book & the DVD. Remember that old movie with Bobby Darin and Sandra Dee… I have an idea :-)

I wish I could remember the name of that movie. Bobby Darin played a photographer and Sandra Dee was his model. Something like that.
